Fine Sea Salt.
This natural sea salt comes from an ancient mill called Moranella in the salt pans from Trapani. The salt pans fill with sea water in the spring and the water evaporates over the summer thanks to the Sicilian sunshine and strong African winds. All this salt is harvested and packed by hand.The sale fino is made by crushing the solid crystals which remain after the decantation process to a fine grain.
